This extended initial consultation provides a safe, confidential and supportive space to explore what has brought you to therapy. Together, we will take time to understand your personal history, current challenges, emotional wellbeing and what you hope to achieve through therapy. The session offers an opportunity to discuss your individual needs, identify therapeutic goals and consider the most appropriate approach to support you moving forward. Whether you are seeking support with anxiety, trauma, relationships, loss, addiction, life transitions or personal growth, this consultation is designed to establish a strong foundation for our therapeutic work together. Duration: 90 minutes Fee: €150 (IVA/TAX included)

Booking and Cancellation Policy - Initial Consultation Session Fee Initial Consultation 90 minutes — €150 (IVA/TAX included) Cancellation & Rescheduling A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please join your online session 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment and ensure your camera, microphone and internet connection are working correctly. Sessions must take place in a quiet, private environment where you will not be overheard or interrupted. Confidentiality & Privacy All therapy sessions are confidential and conducted in accordance with professional ethical standards and applicable GDPR requirements. Recording of sessions is not permitted without prior agreement. Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is legally required or necessary to address serious safeguarding concerns.
