Individual Therapy Session | 50 Minutes These individual psychotherapy sessions provide a safe, confidential and supportive environment to explore your thoughts, emotions, experiences and personal challenges. Using an integrative, person-centred approach, each session is tailored to your individual needs and therapeutic goals. Together, we will work towards developing greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, healthier relationships and meaningful, lasting change. Whether you are navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, loss, addiction, grief or life transitions, therapy offers a collaborative space to deepen your understanding of yourself and move forward at your own pace. Duration: 50 minutes Fee: €120 (IVA/Tax included)
Cancellation Policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy Session Fee Individual Therapy Session 50 minutes — €120 (IVA/TAX included) Cancellation & Rescheduling A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please join your online session 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment and ensure your camera, microphone and internet connection are working correctly. Sessions must take place in a quiet, private environment where you will not be overheard or interrupted. Confidentiality & Privacy All therapy sessions are confidential and conducted in accordance with professional ethical standards and applicable GDPR requirements. Recording of sessions is not permitted without prior agreement. Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is legally required or necessary to address serious safeguarding concerns.
